Slayer rocking the Club

Slayer is an American thrash metal band form California. Formed in 1983 by guitarists Kerry King and Jeff Hanneman Slayer rose to mainstream fame with their 1986 release Reign in Blood. Slayer’s musical style involves fast tremolo picking, double bass drumming, riffs in irregular scales and shouted vocals. In the original line-up, King, bassist/vocalist Tom Araya and guitarist Jeff Hanneman contributed to the band’s lyrics, and most of the band’s music was created and arranged by King and Hanneman, with additional help from drummer Dave Lombardo and sometimes Araya.

Weekly Word from the Owner JJ. ed. 5

JJ_and_SanjuroHello to all my readers,

This will be the last weekly word of 2013…..No problem as I’ll be back in 2014.

I hope you all had a rocking and exotic Xmas. I had for sure.

At the club was not that much to do because of the holidays. The regular dj’s and hosts that were available did their sets, great you could do it in one of the most chaotic time of the year, THX.

Saturday, there was the tribute to the Big 4. A five hour live show that starts with as first: Anthrax, second: Megadeth, third: Slayer and as last Metallica, Wow Wow Wow Wow This Was A Fucking Rocking Great Show!!!! The Big Four at Reloaded

In alphabetical order, Anthrax, Megadeth, Metallica and Slayer played at Reloaded Rock Stage a thorough and memorable concert on Saturday. These were the most popular bands of mid-1980s thrash-metal. Thrash was a powerful mutt: it ran at hardcore-punk speeds and wedged hyper-articulate guitar solos into small spaces.
